If your payment is delayed then just email us at hello@tavvy.com and we will revert within 48 working hours with a response. You should also note that payments that are subject to dispute with the student may be withheld until the dispute is mutually resolved. It may require the full cooperation by the University Mentor so that the investigations into the dispute are resolved in a time-efficient manner.
