In the email please try to send details such as educator name, educator ID, time & date of the session, reason for the complaint etc. It will help us to look into your query in depth. Alternatively, after every session you have an option to either accept as “session completed successfully” or not. For an unsuccessful session, you will have an option to register a complaint, dispute or concern noting the exact nature of the complaint. Please register there and one of our representatives will be in touch with you within 48 working hours.
