If your payment is delayed then just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will revert within 48 working hours with a response. You should also note that payments that are subject to dispute with the student may be withheld till the dispute is mutually resolved. It may require the full cooperation by the Guide so that the investigations into the dispute are resolved in a time-efficient manner.
